I have been an athlete my entire life. When I began to play Division 2 soccer, I knew I had to enhance my performance somehow, which is how I found lifting weights! Crazy enough, I fell in love with working out, and ended up quitting soccer after my sophomore year to go on to compete in 3 bodybuilding competitions, count-less crossfit competitions, and one triathalon! My goal now is to help everyone find a style of exercise that keeps them coming back for more- or at least tolerate it enough to want to do it!

While it may look like it has come easy to me, I struggled a lot on my journey through fitness. I have gone through many phases: from struggling with an eating disorder, to binge eating, to now finding a balance between my health and fitness. Now, I would love to show everyone a healthy balance of what working out and eating can look like, and maybe shed some light on the circulating myths out there ;)
