The SPace
Train one-on-one in a private, welcoming setting—right from my fully equipped 3-car garage gym in Rolling Meadows, IL. This is not your average garage setup—my space features everything you’d find in a high-end training facility, including squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable systems, sleds, conditioning tools, and more. This space has everything you need—but without the crowds, distractions (except maybe my dog Beans), or pressure of a big gym.
This is a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and focused. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, feeling stuck, or ready to take things to the next level, I’ll meet you where you’re at and guide you every step of the way.
My goal is to help you build confidence, get stronger, and actually enjoy working out again. Let’s make fitness feel good—mentally and physically.
Training in the Garage
There’s something different about training outside in the fresh air—it clears your mind, lifts your energy, and adds a natural boost to every session. When you train with me in my garage gym, you get the best of both worlds: a private, fully equipped space and the ability to open up the doors and take your workout outside. Whether it’s sled pushes in the driveway, kettlebell work under the sun, or just enjoying a breeze between sets, training here feels energizing and real. No mirrors, no crowds—just you, the work, and a coach who’s all in on helping you grow stronger, inside and out. (Winter- the doors are closed and furnace is on!)
Wellness
Don’t have a specific goal? Train for overall wellness. Lets get rid of those aches and pains that we brush off as “just getting old.” Let me help you be able to play on the ground with your grandkids and get up and down with ease or blow off steam after work for your mental health. Training doesn't have to have an end goal- it just has to have a start.
Conditioning
Conditioning is key to improving cardiovascular health, endurance, and overall improved daily life. Research shows that incorporating regular conditioning — like interval training, sled work, or circuits — can improve VO₂ max (your body’s ability to use oxygen) by up to 20%, reduce resting heart rate, and lower blood pressure. Even just 150 minutes of moderate-intensity conditioning per week has been linked to a 40% lower risk of heart disease and improved insulin sensitivity. It also enhances mental clarity, energy levels, and recovery between strength sessions. Whether your goal is to move better, breathe easier, or last longer in and out of the gym, conditioning keeps you capable, efficient, and ready for anything. When paired with strength training, you will be one unstoppable human.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength training isn’t just for athletes — it’s one of the most effective ways to improve your overall health. Studies show that just two to three sessions per week can increase muscle mass, boost metabolism by up to 7%, and reduce body fat by as much as 4% over time. It also supports healthy aging: strength training has been linked to a 30% lower risk of falls in older adults and improved bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis. Beyond the physical benefits, it can also help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Whether you're looking to build muscle, feel stronger, or simply take control of your health, strength training delivers long-term results you can feel.
